Order a set of books, or ask first.

Tell us which titles and how many. We reply by e-mail with the ruling, the page count, the paper and the postage in one figure, and nothing is printed until you say yes.

Fill in the form

Name, e-mail, the titles, how many, and where they are going. A message box takes the rest. Sending it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Which books

Sending the form is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is charged and nothing is printed until you have the reply and have said yes to it.

What happens after you send it

Four steps, all by e-mail, and you can stop at any of them.

  1. The page turns

    You land on a short page saying the request has gone. That is the site's part done; everything after it happens by e-mail.

  2. We read it and reply

    A person reads the form and writes back from [email protected], usually within two working days. The reply lists each title with its ruling, page count and paper weight, and gives the cost of the books and the postage as one figure. If something on the form was unclear, the reply asks rather than guesses.

  3. You say yes, or you do not

    If the set and the figure suit you, reply and say so, and the reply tells you how to pay. If they do not, say nothing or say no; either is fine and nobody writes to chase.

  4. The books are printed, packed and posted

    A set for one person usually leaves Dunedin within the week. Class sets take longer and the reply says how long. The tracking reference arrives by e-mail on the day the parcel goes.

Hours
Replies go out Monday to Friday, nine in the morning until four in the afternoon, New Zealand time. A form sent on Saturday is read on Monday.

We do not sell through shops or through anyone else, and we do not take orders by telephone. The form and the mailbox are the whole shopfront.
